We are going to participate in the Functional Nanomaterials Symposium – FuNMat 2015 taking place on July 30th at Charles University in Prague. Bettina, Sebastian and Tobia are presenting posters and Miriam is going to give a talk on hydrothermal polymerization of polyimides. [Read more]

Miriam will be attending the 65th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting taking place from June 28th to July 3rd in Lindau, Germany. This year’s meeting is centered around chemistry, physics and medicine/physiology and will be attended by 65 laureates and over 650 young scientists from over 90 countries. Several members of our group will present their research projects at the Vienna young Scientist Symposium (VSS) taking place on June 25th-26th at TU Wien. Bettina will deliver her talk “Geomimetic polymer synthesis: Highly crystalline polyimides by hydrothermal polymerization”, Catarina will present her poster “Highly controlled magnetic iron oxide nano particle assemblies using tailored precursors”, and Martina will present her poster “Novel ferrocene- containing high-performance polymers”.
