Our team won  the “Staatspreis Patent 2020”, the bianually awarded Austrian state award for the best patent, for our work on the synthesis of  highly crystalline high-performance polymers in nothing but ‘hot water’. A group of 31 chemists have come together to articulate the value of diversity and inclusion in science.  The article: “A diverse view of science to catalyse change”  was published simultaneously in several chemistry  journals including  Nature Chemistry, JACS, Angewandte Chemie, and Chemical Science.
