Hipassia M. Moura

Hipassia holds a BSc in Chemistry from University of Campinas, Brazil (2011). After carrying out a research internship in in-situ spectroscopy with Prof. Leonardo Marchese from the Università del Piemonte Orientale, she embarked on her MSc thesis (2011-2013) at the University of Campinas in the field of hydrothermal crystallization of silicates/aluminosilicates and their modification for CO2 uptake. Between 2013 and 2018 she was working on her PhD thesis at University of Campinas and University of Florida under the supervision of Prof. Heloise O. Pastore and Prof. Dr. Stephen A. Miller, respectively, on the preparation of polyolefin  composites. In September 2018, Hipassia joined our group as a Post-doc Researcher within our FWF funded START project “The hydrothermal route to functional covalent organic frameworks”.
