Miriam gave the opening address at the Joint Symposium on Nanotechnology hosted by Fraunhofer Institut and the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) and gave a talk on materials acceleration for sustainable nanomaterials. This two-day event addressed the opportunities and risks associated with this rapidly evolving field of nanomaterials as a core technology utilized in numerous sectors.
