At the 4th GDCh Specialist Group Conference on Sustainable Chemistry, held at Merck in Darmstadt, Germany, Lena gave a talk entitled “Development of One-Pot Multi-Step Hydrothermal Syntheses”. She presented a green approach for the synthesis of polyfunctionalized heteroaromatic compounds in high-temperature water with emphasis on its sustainable aspects.
