Nick spent two weeks in the research group of Dr. Guillermo González-Rubio at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, in Madrid, Spain. During this short research stay Nick was able to perform advanced  characterizations of polymers for new synthesis routes for nanoparticles. Our second Science Day of 2024 took place on May 16th, 2024, in Konstanz. We spent a productive day with presentations of some of our group members, who displayed their latest research findings. Moreover, we engaged in thorough discussions on future projects over a wide array of topics. Following our tradition, we concluded the event with a celebratory dinner at our favorite restaurant.
