We just published the first example of a composite reinforced with crystalline polyimide particles in Materials Advances. The high crystallinity of the polyimide particles was achieved by hydrothermal polymerization. This publication resulted from a collaboration with Thomas Konneger’s lab and is entitled “High modulus polyimide particle-reinforcement of epoxy composites” . We congratulate all co-authors!.
